Whiskey and Easy Short Line’s daily passenger tallies exceeded available passenger services on the main, so a trolley line has been completed to service this excess capacity. The line runs between two terminal points: Promenade and Pascalis.

There are a few trolleys that are on the WESL equipment roster. The main commuter trolley is a yellow LGB street trolley that was made in Western Germany before reunification.

The trolley shuttles back and forth between its terminal points automatically. The WESL engineers installed a system provided by G Scale Graphics called. Back and Forth Train Throttle that uses circuitry to accomplish the shuttling.
The below video is of a terminal stop. The trolley reaches its end point off screen to the right, then heads back the other way after a few seconds.
